Summer Picnic 2013

We had a great picnic last Saturday at Vedauwoo. Hiking, mountain climbing and games, for example soccer and cards, took place during the program. Ramji Dai and Raju Dai made us laugh out laud. Thank you everyone for making this picnic a grand success. It would not have been possible without your help and support. I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to Binod Pokharel and Basant Giri who gave their precious time and tremendous efforts for organizing and managing this picnic. Hope we will have another picnic soon!!!

A long trip (Laramie to San Francisco, LA, Las Vegas, Grand Canyon)

We, a group of seven Nepalese people, started our long trip of eight days on March 16, 2013 from Laramie. We went all the way to San Francisco, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and Grand Canyon.
It was a wonderful moment to spend quality time in several cities of US that gave us different flavor during the travel. We visited golden gate, Universal studios, Hoover dam, Grand Canyon  and the most interestingly Las vegas, the most exciting and wonderful places of our trip.  The interesting and funny moment of our  trip was the talk around "lassi", which heated up the atmosphere so much that everyone could not stop laughing at each other. Though chat, briyani, ice cream, and tea were also the parts of our talk that made people laugh but nothing came near "lassi". I will share the story of Lassi in the next blog, because I need to get permission from "lassi" character; without him this trip would not have been so much fun-filled and memorable.I have uploaded some photos from our the most exciting trip:
